The staff was pleasurable especially the open air staff towards the Garden and buffet staff...

During the hotel being decently occupied, the guests were told to wait for breakfast buffet due to table's being unoccupied.

Beautiful property tucked away from the crowd. The staff are exceptional and they try so hard to make the guests comfortable and pleased. Waseem at the reception was very helpful and provided all assistance

Great location and good hospitality.

The mid level rooms. Although they were 15000/- more expensive than the regular rooms, they were located badly. We actually chose to shift to the regular rooms because of this.
