Jati Kuta Lombok

I had an amazing experience at Jati. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the room was spotless and very comfy. I loved the beautiful garden view and enjoyed relaxing by the pool. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, beautiful rooms and peaceful atmosphere. Will definitely be back!

We truly loved everything about our stay at Jati! This would be my favourite place we’ve stayed in all of our visits to Indonesia. The villa was beautiful, spacious, so well designed, very private and relaxing. The pool was perfect. Breakfast so delicious and fresh! Awesome location, so close to many great restaurants and cafes but off the main road, so nice and quiet. The staff were outstanding and made our stay unforgettable. They really went above and beyond to make us feel at home, always had a big smile for us and were happy to chat or provide recommendations of places to visit and directions to local beaches and waterfalls. We were very sad to leave and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Loved everything!

Staff were great and really looked after us! Yadi and Adi were terrific to deal with and we enjoyed chatting to the owner and her Manager at different times. We were able to stay in our Villa after checkout time when our flight was delayed and they happily adjusted the airport transfer time. Breakfasts were excellent and delivered to our villa. The villa itself was delightful with lots of secluded room for two and a sparkling plunge pool to cool off after walking about Kuta.

The hot water in the shower was a bit fiddly to regulate but really not a big worry.

Property is in a very convenient location close to main road walking distance.

Honestly, everything was good about the location.

Such a delightful place to stay. Beautiful villa with friendly staff that seem to genuinely care about your stay. So nice to be welcomed by name by the staff as you come and go. The Owner introduced herself on arrival and chatted to us about what we might like to do during our stay. Really nice touch and set the scene for a great stay.

Our children found their beds a bit firm but staff addressed this by adding a topper. So issue resolved.

Such amazing staff, the villa was so beautiful and big. 1 minute walk away from the Main Street near all the amazing restaurants and only a short drive from the beach.

Beautiful rooms, very comfortable bed, amazing private pool, superb breakfast and perfect location for exploring Kuta. But the biggest standout was the staff, especially Yadi. They advised us the best ways to spend our time in Lombok and were happy to arrange anything for us to make sure we got the most out of the trip, including transfers to/from airport, drop offs at beaches and a great snorkelling trip. They were all super friendly and helpful.

Jati Kuta Lombok is very well located at the center of Kuta less than two minutes away of the main street. The breakfast can be chosen from a menu every day and is delicious. The room is very clean (and cleaned every day) and the private pool is a must have in Lombok. All employees are giving a 100% for your stay to be perfect.
