Jati Kuta Lombok

Absolutely perfect stay without a single complaint. Absolutely recommendable!!

Beautifully designed space, jungle vibes, indoor-outdoor experience, clean and nice private space. The location was perfect, walkable distance to the town. Staff members helped us organise everything we needed during our stay (car transport, waterfall excursion, boat to other islands). The beds were very comfortable, we managed to connect to the sound system and use smart TV.

The indoor-outdoor experience was great, although we stayed during rainy season and when it rained for three days straight, everything around the common space in the villa felt very damp. Outdoor bathrooms are exciting at first, but became a bit tiring with the constant rain. There was no hairdryer in the villa, but to be fair we could have asked at the reception and they probably had it available.

Beautiful private villa made from recycled teak in the main part of Kuta (which is about 10 minutes from the local beach, though the nicer beaches are a longer scooter away) Bed was super comfy, great linen, breakfast to the room was awesome, staff very helpful (organised our airport pick up & drop off & an extended scooter rental, beyond our stay at Jati) We stayed here for our first 2 night in Lombok, which is a good starting point for exploring the island more. Would recommend!

The actual town of Kuta is not very nice - there's a development frenzy and it all feels disjointed, but there are great restaurants, spas, coffees etc in Kuta, so it makes a good base for day exploring. You wouldn't want to spend your day in town though - either enjoy your villa or get out on the scooters.

Breakfast options could be better. Property doesn’t have a stove so they are limited with what they offer.

If I had to sum up Jati in one word, it'd be "WOW!" It's a jaw-dropping place that looks like it came straight out of a magazine. Every little detail is perfectly placed—the flowers, the décor, the lighting—everything's just spot on. It's like a surreal, dreamy escape with tons of privacy and beauty. Rah, the owner, is such an amazing woman with great energy. It was awesome chatting with her and getting to know her and the person behind this incredible place. The whole staff was wonderful really, friendly and kind. And the shower—honestly, that shower was a game-changer!

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and gave us so much comfort and privacy. The breakfast was exceptional and delivered to our room each morning.
