Jati Kuta Lombok

We had the best experience. We had the two room villa and as a family with two young children it was perfect! The outdoor living room in our villa was perfect to work while the kids played in the pool. The staff was very knowledgeable, so sweet for our girls and very helpful in anyways. Especially our driver / guide Jae who took us to the waterfalls and also snorkeling at the secret gili’s en even dropped us off at our next hotel in Senggigi. He is so nice, full of fun and will tell you all about the island and its culture. Will definitely go back!

Great staff, great location, beautiful rooms

It is a beautifully designed and decorated villa hotel with a nice, secluded location while being at the core of Kuta. The villa is well-equipped and furnished with taste which creates a great feeling of calm while one still has the busy street of Kuta at 150 meters away with plenty of restaurants and bars. The staff is very attentive and kind and can provide and arrange very nice activities and day-trips. We loved the private boat snorkeling trip to the Secret Gilis and the surfing and beach discovery day trip! The personnel is easy to talk to and very knowlegeable of the area. Special shout to Yamin at the hotel reception who was very attentive and helpful and to Jae (also our driver and guide) who was simply great and provided us with great advice, cultural information and tips on where to go and drove us safely around - he made our trip super nice!

Villa was beautiful. Staff were super friendly and always very helpful with all requests. Location is great.

Breakfast whilst included could be improved. A shelf or somewhere to put your clothes would be great.

Beautiful property with individual villas and own personal pool . Staff were amazing , very helpful arranging trips and the breakfast delicious . J’ai was especially helpful and drove us to the secret Gili islands

Nowhere for the towels to dry properly. Inconsistent aircon.

Looks amazing - just as the pictures show. Pool was great; amenities were great and the bed was very comfortable. Property offers a lot of privacy which was very convenient for us. The staff made this place even more special - extremely kind and helpful to all our needs.

Outdoor toilet unfortunately wasn’t for us mainly due to insect and mosquito bites.

Beautiful place, you can see all the attention to details. Bed was super comfortable, beautiful plunge pool, outdoor bathroom was well designed and felt private. Breakfast was good too! I was a big fan of a little water feature that blocked the noise from outside the villa. And the biggest surprise, first time in Indo I’ve seen this - safe, filtered water in taps! Lastly, I appreciated the clever heating water system using the AC making the stay a little bit more eco friendly.

We only stayed for a couple of nights, so that wasn’t an issue, but having more storage would be nice to unpack the suitcases
