Very clean property close to all the shops and restaurants. The staff is super polite and helpful.

The toilet is outside, which can be tricky if it is monsoon season. Plus the hotel is very near to a mosque, meaning if you are a light sleeper high chances you ll be waking up at 04:30.

One of the most special places I’ve ever stayed! Jati was a huge part of how wonderful our honeymoon was. The villas and entire property are absolutely stunning. The staff are some of the most wonderful I’ve ever met. We consider Adi, Yemen, Ahmad and Rah friends for life. They went above and beyond with their amazing hospitality. My husband and I never wanted to leave. We will absolutely be back! They also gifted us the sweetest card to celebrate our honeymoon along with stunning decoration. All were a surprise! The breakfast was also delicious! We were a fan of the location. It was close to everything and the staff gave us great beach, bar and restaurant recommendations.

The best part of the 'room' was the private pool area. Stunning landscaping and a private, serene space. Very comfortable beds.

I was very surprised at the lack of facilities, there is literally a bar/reception and that is it. The rooms have no space to put anything and no space for your cases, even the hanging area is sparse. There was no hairdryer in the room and no mirror in the room. The bathroom is completely outdoors, which I enjoy, but you certainly need to be in AC to blowdry your hair and put some makeup on. Overall, I would not stay again.

It was hard to choose which property with so many options in Kuta - we have tried a few and this was definitely one of the best! Staff were lovely, great location, very comfortable, scooter and laundry were easily arranged.

Even more beautiful than the photos—prepare to be pleasantly surprised! On request, we had a short tour from the incredibly kind and passionate owner, who explained all the clever and eco-friendly ways they run the place. A very helpful and friendly team, involved but never intrusive. The early morning prayers from the mosques are barely audible, so no need to worry about sleep disruptions. Every detail has been thought of. As previous reviews mentioned, feedback is genuinely appreciated and acted upon immediately. We experienced the same responsiveness during our stay. The beds and pillows are wonderfully comfortable, and the air conditioning keeps the room at a perfect temperature.

If I had to mention something: the showerhead has a fair bit of limescale. As someone tall, I could practically scrape it off with my hair! While storage is available under the bed in drawers, they’re a bit tough to open—might need a mini-workout to get to your socks. Adding the option of a fried or scrambled egg would make the breakfast feel a bit more complete, with a wider variety of options.

Great location and private pool is great! The staff were so friendly (special shout out to Razi and Opi) and were super accommodating to everything we requested. The breakfast was also incredible, they even saved some for us in our fridge when we went surfing in the morning and back late! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Lombok.
