A/c not good is fan is working but not cooling only fan so iam not satisfied.window is not comfort

There was no cockroach. The room was large. Average furnished. No disturbing noise at the time of my stay. Internet good connection. Fruit and vegetable market nearby.

No Breakfast, no food facility on the site either. No coffee maker. No toilet paper in the bathroom, no hot water. Management is deficient. No credit card (international / domestic) or debit card payment facility. Google Pay only, which is a selective, controversial mode of payment. Cash only and the change is not available; they have to fetch from outside. Everything paid in advance. The guy at the desk registered my ID passport and stay visa on HIS PERSONAL MOBILE. No guarantee of customer personal ID protection. Something special: the customer is denied his bill at check out.

When we came, our number was occupied. The receptionist told us, that other guests arrived earlier and our room was given to them. And he doesn't care about our reservation on booking.com. and they hadn't sent message about cancelation and we had to search other hotel by ourselves on the moment at 10 pm.
