"No room despite reservation"

Nothing, I wasn’t able to stay here

They can give your room away even if you have a reservation, if you don’t pay online. I couldn’t pay online with intl credit card, so when I got there the guy told me quite rude that there was no room anymore. Apparently it’s OYO’s policy. I’ll never book at OYO again.

Had a good night's sleep

Room was leaking near the windows. Ac water outlet broken and wet the bathroom. Bathroom didn't look clean..
