Delicious food at dinner in the restaurant. Nothing much apart from that.

Rooms - I am really surprised with all the glowing feedback that people give about cleanliness. The rooms that we got were really not well cleaned. The floor was sticky. The bedsheet was torn in the corner. The bedsheet had stains in places. My son got a room in which one of the pillows had dried blood stains!!! What do the housekeeping staff do when someone vacates the room??? When you complain, all you get is a "Sorry Sir, this never happens here !!!" ... really??? Do the housekeeping staff do a thorough check - forget about daily housekeeping - but shouldn't a thorough check be done at check-out time. Security - My son got a room that seemed to have a connecting door to another room. We checked in late in the evening and as we were tired, had dinner in the restaurant. When my son was trying to sleep, he saw a person from the adjoining room, open the connecting door and peep into his room!!! This is a big security issue. When we called the reception, at first they said that they can't lock the room but soon enough they sent a maintentance person to lock the door. Shouldn't the reception staff or the maintenance staff checked whether the connecting door is locked before issuing the keys at check-in??? Again, when we complained we got the same answer "Sorry Sir, this never happens here!!!". You were glad you got away with this. This could easily have turned into a very unsavoury incident, had someone tried to take advantage of this situation!! Breakfast - Whilst the breakfast spreads and options are very good, it got very chaotic one morning when we went there late (8:30 to 9:30 am). No place to sit, food/drink at buffet counters not topped up. Very few waiting staff to manage the restaurant floor. Check-in - Very disappointed. Even after booking for 6 months in advance, we get shabby rooms on the lower floors. It seems corporate/business customers and "hourly" booking gets preference here for nicer rooms.

- The cafeteria food storage containers were not equipped to keep the food warm. As a result, breakfast items such as pav bhaji, parathas, boiled eggs, poha, etc. were often served cold. - sometimes , I felt the staff was not very cooperative. For example 1, I requested a water bottle, but it was not provided until I made the request again. For example 2, I also requested regarding the airport drop. The reception staff informed me that they would update me, but no information was shared until I contacted them again after almost one hour.
