Everythinh was ok ,except given in the 'didn't like section'

- The cafeteria food storage containers were not equipped to keep the food warm. As a result, breakfast items such as pav bhaji, parathas, boiled eggs, poha, etc. were often served cold. - sometimes , I felt the staff was not very cooperative. For example 1, I requested a water bottle, but it was not provided until I made the request again. For example 2, I also requested regarding the airport drop. The reception staff informed me that they would update me, but no information was shared until I contacted them again after almost one hour.

The room except CR cabin. Unlike.other, its a cabin which was very uncomfortable.

1. The comfort room cabin, was very uncomfortable. 2. Problem with door access. 3. No staff on call for Baggage pick up and drop.

It’s a very average hotel. The rooms are tinier than what’s n in the photos. The bathrooms are cramped. When the guest living upstairs flushes or has a shower, you can absolutely hear the water flowing just above you in your room. I thought multiple times that my tap was open, only to realize it was the upstairs neighbour. The breakfast was supposed to start at 630. But on both days the restaurant seemed to get things ready only by 7. The place was average and I won’t be visiting any more ibis hotels again. Shame that this is a part of the Accor brand.
