"Food is costly and no quality. We got served our food after 1 hour. Avoid taking Food here."

Breakfast was just ok. With more crowd there is not enough tables or too small.

We have done thru booking.com repute platform. This is our 3rd visit and stay and IBIS. Why there is advance payment taken? Dont you trust your customers?? This check in method is quite insulting. ( However staff is okay.) It is hotel management does this. We have not paid anywhere advance payments other than IBIS pune.
