The tranquility of the location (after travelling 3 weeks in India this is where one wants to end their holiday), the room is super clean very spacious and has its own veranda and patio with backwater views, bathroom and shower perfect too; the exceptional staff Vishnu Lalu and our cook who makes you feel welcome and special every day A short and cheap tuk tuk ride to restaurants and beach

The rooms are just amazing, best we had in India. The upstairs area is beautiful, Vishnu is a great friendly guy who helps with everything, the breakfast is a 10+ and the view just… lovely 😍🌴 The beach is a 2 minute walk and you can take a tuktuk to shops restaurants nearby. Vishnu can also arrange a food delivery at the property at night of you don’t want to go out. Highly recomanded 👌

The location is perfectly amazing. I get to witness the amazing glory of backwaters where u can see the sunrise and enjoy the view. The beach is at a walkable distance from the property. The host is very helpful and kind. It's a peaceful place where you can relax . To the cycle enthusiasts,they have also kept bicycles for you to roam around.

Location, Room service, food service and other activities such as kayaking, badminton, carom, cycling everything was so wholesome. Everything were too good. We really enjoyed our stay there. Actually we booked for only 1 night stay but as we loved the place we extended for the next day as well. Mr Vishnu M.S. had served us. He'd been quite polite and professional.

Lizards were there in the balcony area as well as in the cafeteria.

Beautiful property. Loved the private screened porch outside our room and the beautiful water views. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were lovely. We used tuktuks to go to an amazing cafe down the road. Really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property facing the backwaters. Loved having a little screened in porch with views to the backwaters. Lalu and Vishnu were super kind and helpful and Shiji’s breakfasts were delicious! I also appreciated the complimentary bicycle use or the scooter rental since the property doesn’t have a restaurant offering lunch and dinner, so you have to go a couple kilometers to the main part of town which has restaurants. It’s nice that it is a little secluded. Very quiet.

Lovely property set in nice gardens overlooking a small lake. Peaceful location. Clean. Staff excellent. Breakfast served in an open dining area with lovely views. Breakfast lovely with choice of western and Indian food which was home cooked. Kayaking also available but restricted to the lake. Overall an excellent location and accommodation which we would be happy to return to. Staff were lovely. Even arranging the return of my forgetting bank card whilst we were enroute to the airport. They tracked the taxi driver down and arranged to meet up. Vishnu riding his motorcycle to meet us. Food at Lilliput and Chill out Cafe was great.

Slightly out of the way, a 30 to 40 minute walk to nearest restaurant. Beach also some distance away. That said staff were happy to arrange transport and they also organized a food order in. They set the table etc. If you enjoy walking the distance isn't an issue and it was lovely walking past the locals homes and exchanging pleasantries. It made the walk even more enjoyable.
