The Rani Mahal

The location and the haveli itself are wonderful. The lady at the reception was very friendly and efficient, and made the check-in run smoothly.

The room was dirty. There was dirt next to the bed and in the shower, and the floor was washed (for the parts that were washed) with dirty water (so that you could see where you walked). The room was very noisy, we were on the first floor facing the street, we were woken up by the traffic, the dogs, etc...

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Jodhpur. The food, hospitality, and staff deserve a full 5 stars — warm, attentive, and truly welcoming throughout our stay. The ambience and overall look of the hotel are absolutely amazing, beautifully reflecting the charm of the city.

The only drawback is the location, which I would rate 3 stars. Cars cannot reach the hotel directly due to very narrow streets, and the nearby area is quite dirty, which can be inconvenient for guests with luggage.

The property was well maintained and the hotel staff was very friendly, warm and professional which enhanced the experience by providing a welcoming experience.

The Havelli had a lot of character and was well positioned in the old town. It was a good place to explore the lanes and a nice view of the fort above from the roof that had a decent breakfast to help start the day. The food was good and the hosts were extremely helpful
