We had an amazing stay! The fort view was stunning, and the location is just a short walk from the fort. The Blue City walk was a wonderful experience—if you exit from the back of the fort and head toward Rani Mahal, you’ll love it. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We arrived earlier than our check-in time, and they graciously offered us tea and breakfast at no extra charge. Kartikey ji at the front desk went above and beyond to make our day special. Sarvan and Sushil from the service team were equally fantastic—they handled all our customization requests and ensured our dinner was exactly as we wanted. So many thoughtful gestures from the staff made our stay truly comfortable and memorable.

No lift to reach on 3rd floor. Not very suitable for elderly or someone with knee pain.

The best part about Rani Mahal are the owners. They are welcoming, extremely helpful and always ready to solve problems. Nisha aunty helped us get a reliable auto driver who took us all over town & picked us up at unearthly hours. She gave us advise on where to shop & what to avoid. We felt well looked after.

Two things are failing Rani Mahal: Firstly, the location. Old Jodhpur is squalid. Piles of garbage, overflowing sewers, crowded noisy streets, poor starving dogs & insane smells that send your head in a spin. Its hard to ignore the awful surroundings of this haveli & this made our trip very unpleasant. Secondly, the house keeping staff. Our room was very dusty & the floor was grainy. Bits of paper on the floor were never picked up. Bathrooms were not cleaned. The breakfast area on the roof was filthy especially the floor. Overall, the hygiene & cleanliness standards are not very high.

Wonderful hotel made from a converted 450 year old building. Every detail was absolutely beautiful. The staff is lovely, the owner is extremely welcoming. One of the most beautiful hotels we’ve stayed.

Absolutely a beautiful hotel to stay when in Jodhpur. The ambiance and rooftop are stunning. Also the room was really spacious and the beds were good! The Owners, mother and daughter were really nice and helpful!
