The rooftoof view of the fort and the infrastructure. The staff ready to help with any request. Felt nice.

We were given a room different from the ones in the picture. I dont know if the pics are wrong, But we went there expecting that and we were given a room not close to anything in pictures. The bathroom was in a bad condition and needs improvement. The free breakfast could be slightly better. Not asking for anything fancy.

The owner and the whole staff of the Rani Mahal, a beautiful heritage hotel in the blue city have looked after me wonderfully. Thank you Nisha 🙏💖 They organised lovely guides and drivers, told me how much to pay and not to pay. I felt so very welcomed and right at home. 💖

Excellent experience at reception with smiling helpful staff and an ever-present owner who was great. Good room. Lovely and quiet at night. Good dinner on the pleasant roof-top terrace.

Shower was hot and powerful enough but ran out of hot water a bit too quickly. Not a huge issue but you can't luxuriate for long.

Beautiful 400 years old property with a lot of character

No car access to the hotel for which there was no warning at the time of booking Management extremely poor, I was presented a bill that did not match the booking amount. Had to argue with the owner to pay the correct amount. Disgusted, never came across this kind of behaviour.

Wonderful hotel, owned by an amazing woman, always there to help us, to book a rickshaw or a cab. Very helpful and lovely staff. The view from the rooftop is amazing. The restaurant serves very good food. We loved this hotel.
