The property is well maintained and clean. The staff and owner are very helpful.

The staff and owner were very nice. The hotel is beautiful and the room was nice, too. Good location in old town.

Unfortunately the room, especially the bathroom, wasn't particularly clean.

Rooms we stayed retained the authentic feel.

Hotel setting was boutique and the rooftop terrace had good views. Breakfast was good and dinner options were great and delicious. Owner and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was cold , windows were not air tight, Cleaning bathrooms needs to be improved. Rooms were not spacious enough to accommodate a family of four and we had the largest room in the building. No point in having a shower with only two buckets of hot water capacity. A quick bucket bath was the only option.

The receptionists and the helping staff were really welcoming and hospitable.

1. The room was not value for money, we paid 7 thousand per day and the rooms were basic. Nothing worth of 7k. 2. For the 7k per day room you expect breakfast to have good options. However it was literally the same for 3 days of our stay. 3. We had an incident where we ordered food from outside. It was non-veg. They completely refused to have non-veg in their premises.We had to send the order back which cost us over 1k with no refund. I understand and respect that only veg was allowed however the way they handled it is not appreciated.Moreover, they claimed that only veg is explicitly mentioned on their website which is not true. There is no sign in the premises of the same. The way the situation was handled made our experience really bad for the city all together.
