This is not a homestay, but a hotel. If you want a homestay with a family, look elsewhere. If you are happy with a clean, basic, impersonal hotel, this is ok. It has a lift, aircon and hot water. Our room was a bit claustrophobic, quite small and stuffy and no window to the street. Location is not great, but ok. For restaurants, you'll have to walk to the centre, but there is a nice little shop opposite where you get drinks and biscuits.
