Location is good since it's 5 mins walking distance away from Golden Temple but cars won't be entering the lane. Rooms are neat, spacious and clean with most of the facilities equipped (including elevator).

1. Behaviour of the staff is really disappointing. They were not at all courteous and cooperative. 2. I had to pay a heavy lump sum amount as 'commission' which was not displayed during booking.

The facilities were good according to the price. The location was Also very close to the golden temple. The staff was sweet, polite and helpful.

Food services were very poor as well as parking issue

The staff and owner were very helpful. The location is walking distance from the Golden temple.they provided us with hot water, teas etc as and when we asked for. I would give one tall man ( forgot to ask his name) 100% as he was extremely humble and helpful. I think he was a worker there.

the room was not very clean. The driver for the personal tour to the Atari border was okay. We were asked to keep our purses with him which made my husband very uncomfortable. We saw everyone taking their personal belongings with them so that was not the case and there was no information about such things at Atari border so not too sure why he would say that. Overall our trip to Atari was good.
