If you localised location is good but outsider not easy to find this place - this is the word of staff of hotel assist us in night (including local auto unable to find this hotel also some of nearest people and shop owners not know this hotel. At check out time staff allowed to wait for rain after requesting also morning staff very co-operative.

Night staff person was very rude and arrogant. when we returned back in night after look at the one dead chipkali (reptile) in bathroom, request him to plz do something for cleaning he said no one there to clean also after requesting remote of tv he denied, same time asked for hot water, he replied "etni garmi me hit water se kon nahata hai kya, after requesting for all he shouted then I am asking for room change so he very very arrogantly said, mari hue chipkali ke liye room change karke du kya " And cut the phone, once I called and ask this is the way to treat customer in your end? Then he cut phone and not picked phone next half and hours, twice I think I am fool to stay here, before return to hotel ask him the hotel address he is not replied in same word mentioned in above, morning staff very co-operative and supportive but night experience very horrible, after cut called night staff visited to my room and moved out dead chipkali from bathroom and gave me remote and tell me tv is not working condition. Very very angry and rood behavior we saw from that person and next day we moved out.

Location is good, nearer to temple

Transportation was costly, driver was rude behavioral and non cooperative. No breakfast though room was costly.

The hotel was very central but in a quiet street and only about a 10-minute walk to the Golden Temple. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was basic but clean and nicely decorated. Bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom had a decent shower. Air con and fan kept the room nice and cool. Overall, this hotel is very good value for money.

Nothing - all good.

The beds were comfortable.

The location, the rooms were not clean, bathroom had broken tiles, even after we left the key at the reception to get the room cleaned, it was left as it is.
