"I would never stay there again."

The view.

I booked a garden view room, I was given a room with no external windows, probably deliberately so I would ask to charge for which I was charged an extra 25% on the price quoted by booking.com. I was put in a room that was too noisy to sleep in, so asked for the original room back. I was put in another room but confirmed with them that I would be charged the same as the original room. At check out they refused to do this telling me that the hotel charges for changing room! Incredible. The owner is unhelpful and only sees guests as a way to make extra money. Other staff are perfectly nice but young and inexperienced. Unfortunately all decisions are made by the owner who doesn’t want to be helpful and has no idea about standards considered normal in Europe. The location is far from the city and therefore a taxi is needed to get anywhere. It was also virtually empty so had no atmosphere.

"The hotel is nice for small family but price is little high"

I like the view from the balcony and kids beds and the security of the hotel , the bathtub is big and it was very nice and satisfying

the customer service need to be improved , the breakfast is good but not as 5 stars hotel and the cost of the stay , the location is good for the view but nothing near by you need to take taxi to go anywhere , the swimming pool water was very cold , also you can’t access to spa without booking.

Everything was amazing. Clean hotel, neat, rooms are spacious with amazing sea view. Staff is super nice and helpful. Very good property to relax. Ten minutes away from city center but not an issue at all. Breakfast was decent and satisfying.

Nothing to mention that I didn't like. Everything was amazing
