"Generally good facility, but poor management."

Facility was quite new and there was big enough in size of hotel and different kinds of sauna. And also very nice view of sea. The breakfast was served individually.

There was odor in sauna room. We saw some mold of the wall. The staff was not so much friendly.

"Exceptional"

The hotel is situated on top of a hill, offering a breathtaking view of the city. Rooms are big, and the staff is friendly. Food is exceptionally good (exceeding our expectations), and getting to the city center is only a 15 minute cab ride (cabs are easily available on the Bolt app). Special shout out to Rashid who was super kind and helpful at the reception. The hotel is the definition of value for money. Would recommend 10/10 times.

The views were fantastic. Our balcony opened to great views the Flame towers and the sea, right in front of the Baku AEye. At night these views were well worth the money

The breakfast is not a buffet

everything. The breakfast delicious, amazing location, very kind people, always willing to help and assist u at every step of ur journey. very clean, spacious & comfortable room. panoramic view to the seaside and old town. wifi is quite fast. one of the best hotel i have ever stayed at

only one person spoke english and without him there were no communication, even for breakfast ordering he had to intervene
