I loved everything

The facility is beautiful with amazing views of flame tower, Baku eye and the corniche. The staff was very helpful. Room was very comfortable.

Breakfast was good. Can be better.

Absolutely loved our stay at the fabulous Badam d'Art Boutique Hotel in Baku. Their location a few kms away from the old city, on a slope, means that you have a view of all Baku. The indoor garden at the reception creates quite the impact. The rooms with the view have retro style, big bathrooms. The staff are fantastic. The level of service we got was unexpected and so welcome. Especially Nurlan Ali (being the main person on staff who spoke English) who helped us all the way, starting from interacting with me on booking.com to organising all the drivers, who were all lovely people. Nurlan even sacrificed a lot of his afternoon sleep when the driver needed help understanding what we wanted, as he was on the night shift. And a shoutout to our drivers, Elvin and Ilcin for really going above and beyond to care of us, including on New Year’s Eve and in sweet shops and food courts! The breakfast at the hotel is a selection of fresh veggies, breads, eggs, meat, butter and spreads that we enjoyed everyday. Can’t recommend this place enough!

very little to not like… the mini bar light is on all night and faces the bed. which may bother you if you want complete darkness, can hang something over it or ask them to turn it off entirely.

Room was very hot and despite informing the staff, a/c for my room did not work. They kept on telling me that it will cool down but it never did.

Disgusting service. Poor facility . Bad management.

The management is very poor. My room was opened without my concern and some drinks were placed on the table when we left out for dinner and came back. Water was blocked in the toilet. Service is very bad. Missguiding the tourists by giving hotel back side view. Entrance is congusted. Hotel team asked to cancel booking .com confirmation to give better price. Not secure for families.
