The location and the behaviour of the staff was outstanding. They were courteous, prompt and extremely respectful. As a female traveler it is very important to feel safe and this place gave us that feeling of safety. The food was excellent too and had a lot of options as well.

Nothing as such. The property was pretty good.

Serenity of the place. Room that I stayed. Above all the people / staff , especially Mr Sarkar, the Manager taking care of the property.

The approach , drive way. Could have been a little wide. Nothing else there which I did not like.

Great location! Located in the middle of tea garden, the forest of Gorumara park starting very near by, small villages scattering… Totally quiet and relaxed. Simple but kind enough service. Simple but clean and pleasant hotel building and rooms, especially great view from the veranda.

Superb location, right in the middle of a tea estate. The king suit rooms are fabulous. The staff were efficient but service was a tad bit slow. Rest all was great.

Baathroom cleanliness. Slow service.
