The location of the property is exceptionally good. Staffs are well behaved and very helpful. They have helped us to arrange for the safari jeep, they provided service very heartily. Really impressed.

Rooms are beautiful, with balconies overlooking the tea gardens. Right next to Gurumara National Park. Staff is courteous and helpful. When you ask the hotel people to book the safari though, be careful, there are three different kinds, and not all of them take you inside the forest. So ask for all info before you book a safari.
