"Excellent stay and comfy"

The staff was really helpful. Since my parents are elderly, they helped out more and focused on our comfort. The food was really good. The chef turned very simple dishes into exquisite ones. The room was well cleaned and maintained and the beds were super comfy. The view from the terrace or the watch tower was amazing.

The property was beautifully located near the forests, that's why the location is a bit remote. For me, It was perfect, but the property doesn't have elevators, so if you don't mind stairs, then this is a perfect resort for you.

"Great stopover location and to catch the elephants next door."

Good location, friendly host. We had a suite which was very comfortable and excellent value for money. The host was very helpful with our onward travel arrangements.

This place is outstanding in one word. Outstanding location, outstanding service Pritam and Kishore are a truly nice and very very help full person. Rooms are very very clean and wail maintained. Foods are awesome. All the stuffs are very very help full and well behaved. They will serve tea before u start for morning jungle safari at early at 4;50am which is truly a outstanding gesture. There provided driver Kamalbhai is an another outstanding person whom u can try for your sight seeing.

The place was great very nice view from the room but the staff were awesome everyone specially kisore who gave us an umbrella as it was raining and also Mukul our driver arrange by the hotel.

May be the mattress can be a bit softer.

It's located in tea estate . Our toom ( # 103 Suite ) is OK . Service is OK , but food is NOT up to the standard and highly priced . .

They do NoT have a credit card facility . Food was not at all satisfying. Also did not like wrt bathroom .
