Beautiful venue

The room was very small . Lots of creaking noises from the floor boards - even the shower was creaking on use . The air conditioning unit would drip at night which was very disturbing when one is trying to sleep

Our stay at Bailbrook Hotel was excellent. The hotel is very pleasant, well maintained, and offers a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The reception staff were extremely helpful and service oriented, assisting promptly with every request. A special mention goes to Ms. Ramona, the restaurant manager, whose service was outstanding. She was highly professional, attentive, and personally ensured that everything ran smoothly. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent. Dinner was delicious and well prepared, and breakfast was varied, fresh, and of very high quality
