If you have a car which we did not, there is free parking. The historic building is lovely ( but rooms there are more than twice the advertised standard)the grounds are beautifully maintained. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. But the taxi fares really add up quickly.

Location. Too far out of center of Bath with poor public transit very poor accessibility. and while breakfast was excellent the dinner menu was dreadful and food was below average, with prices above average!And no lunch and nothing nearby. Also their web site is very misleading showing only the rooms in historic section rather than the dormitory like addition.
