Bland to outright bad food at London prices, overheated rooms (30C on arrival, 20C by 3am with AC on full blast on a cool spring day), joke level signage (important on a sprawling site). It's set up to host large tour groups of older people and weddings. If you like very warm rooms and average wedding catering slop, you'll be pleasantly surprised. If you value quality, save ur money, stay at premier inn and eat at a local restaurant. Staff mostly great - like most people slogging away in minimum wage jobs somehow often seem to be, but I'd take cold but well paid staff and excellent food plus a great night's sleep over that any day.

A stunning Georgian main building set in Parkland. Beautifully presented and co forts or and relaxing. Great location for visiting Bath and avoiding the traffic! Parking an EV charging was perfect. Great stay.

The service was poor. Although our room request was accepted, the first room we had did not meet the request and we were moved. We had dinner at the hotel. The service was terrible so we didn't eat there again

We organised a charity fundraising weekend for 100 people and from meeting Kamila 6 months ago till the end of our stay we and our guests were blown away by the hotel, it’s location, cleanliness, super food and especially staff who all went the extra mile to ensure we were happy. Kamila made herself completely available to us for any query however small in the run up to the weekend and gave us complete confidence in the hotel and it’s staff. Mac catering manager looked after every table of 10 both evenings in a wonderfully discreet manner and yet wd appear at breakfast smiling and efficient despite what must have been a serious lack of sleep. We haven’t experienced such professionalism alongside genuine care and concern that a wonderful time was enjoyed by a large group of people in many years. Thank u to every member of staff for an outstandingly good time

Tolle Lage als Ausgangspunkt fuer Exkursionen nach Bath und Orten wie Stonehenge! Eine kleine Oase der Ruhe. Gutes Fruehstueck und auch gutes Abendessen in der Bar bzw. im Wintergarten. Kostenloser Parkplatz! Sehr freundliches Personal!
