"As always fabulous , and the breakfast is a must , lovely selection of food , and wonderful staff innthe breakfast room."

I’ve stayed here on numinous occasions , and find all the staff brilliant , exceptional customer service room lovely and clean, in beautiful grounds and very peaceful , I highly recommend a stay at this hotel .

"Lovely location, friendly staff, food needs an upgrade"

Location amazing

Was told adding breakfast would be £17 each but then turned out to be £25 each, if we had known would have had breakfast in town, with much nicer food and half the price, was a bit of a let down on quality and comparing it to the breakfast spread at the Apex hotel in town which is way better and only £15 a head.

Beautiful hotel. Clean. Great location.

Would have liked better dining and menu choices. Seemed to take a very long time to get waited on in the bar area and a very long time to get our food. Breakfast was great and great staff during breakfast.

Superb breakfast. Excellent evening meal in the restaurant with very attentive staff. Great hotel location In beautiful setting. Definitely will return.

The reception staff were very helpful and super efficient. Ramona in the restaurant was also very efficient and kind. Beautiful green lawns.

The carpets on the stairs were unhoovered, our room window would not open, and the carpet in William Pitt room had a smell. The hotel has such great potential that is undeveloped.

"Comfortabel verblijf nabij centrum bath"

Prachtig landhuis gelegen in groen park, lekkere bedden, lekker eten, parkeren bijna naast de deur

De uitleg bij de receptie over de bus naar het centrum klopte niet ( wegens wegwerkzaamheden was t afwijkend) de plattegrond die we kregen was onleesbaar. Het interieur van het hele hotel is oi te somber en het restaurant ongezellig. Landelijk kan zoveel leuker zijn, gemiste kans!
