Breakfast was not included and we weren't aware at the time of making the choice and price. Location is good. Staff is polite.

The bed linen and towels etc are all very old and need to be replaced. Also the rooms smell because they are locked up without air-conditioning and ventilation. Maybe the hotel should start the air-conditioning for some time in rooms expected to be occupied on any given date.
