CHILL VILLE, VIEW POINT HOTEL

Excelente opción en Ella. El hotel está situado en las afueras del pueblo, en una zona con unas vistas espectaculares, tanto desde las habitaciones como de la zona de desayuno y piscina. La habitación es amplia tipo bungalow, con un porche estupendo. La cama es muy cómoda y la limpieza muy buena. Tuvimos un incidente con el agua caliente que una vez comunicado trataron de arreglar con la máxima diligencia. El desayuno es muy completo y la zona en la que se disfruta tiene unas vistas increíbles. El equipo humano es muy atento y trata de ayudar en todo lo que se le plantea. Repetiríamos si volvemos a Ella.

Bardzo fajne miejsce poza głównym centrum i zgiełkiem w Ella , super widok, basen i bardzo dobre jedzenie.

Jedynie Stosunek ceny do jakości :) za 1 nocleg z dodatkową standardową kolacja wyszlo nas 209 dolarów…miejsce jest bardzo fajne ale ceny na Srilance sa już naprawdę bardzo wysokie za komfortowe miejsca - także cena na bookingu pokazana w dolarach różniła się o ok 5 dolarów ( oczywiście na moją niekorzyść) jak już chcieliśmy zapłacić w dolarach na miejscu - generalnie jak w 5 gwiazdkowych hotelach ( przelicznik,kurs)

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Beautiful lush greenery and plants around the rooms, immaculate facilities and the best service and food of our entire stay in Sri Lanka. The service team in particular were incredible. One of our party fell ill on morning and the service team preemptively made her a packed breakfast to eat later without being asked. So sweet and considerate. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and it breaks my heart that they were nearly empty as a result of the recent terrible cyclone. To whoever is reading this, I hope you choose to stay here. You will not regret it.

We loved our stay here. Beautiful hotel, the restaurant is gorgeous and good delicious, views are absolutely stunning. Wish we had booked for longer.

Our stay was too short

Amazing views, extremely generous and varied breakfast, very polite and helpful staff. There is a TukTuk service that takes guests into Ella town and picks them back up for a very small fee. The room was clean and quite large.

The pool was murky/cloudy, with a definite green tinge to it, so we were not comfortable swimming in it. We raised this with the manager, who first tried to convince us it was fine, but then seemed to agree that it needed to be cleaned. However, when we left two days later, the pool was unchanged. This was a shame, because we had looked forward to using the pool.
