"Good hotel in Goma"

The hotel is nice, good location in goma. Spacious rooms and gyms spa was great also.

Serviice delivery during our stay was far from satisfactory. The staff members appeared to be extremely slow in attending to our requests, and it was evident that there was a shortage of staff available to handle the guests' needs effectively. This lack of efficiency in service greatly impacted our overall experience at the hotel.
