L'HOTEL MET EN DANGER LA SANTE DE SON PERSONNEL ET DES CLIENTS EN DIFFUSANT CE PARFUM!...TOUTE LA JOURNÉE DE LA MUSIQUE ARABE EST DIFFUSÉE ON NE PEUT JAMAIS AVOIR DU SILENCE MEME SUR LA TERRASSE EXTÉRIEUR, DANS LE GRAND HALL REZ DE CHAUSSÉE UNE TV EST ALLUMÉE EN PERMANENCE! TOUS CES ELEMENTS MONTRENT QUE L'HÔTEL NE MERITE PAS SES 5 ETOILES ! ON N'A PAS RETROUVE L'AMBIANCE FEUTRÉ ET ELEGANTE DES 5 ETOILES! UN MANAGEMENT PYRAMIDAL QUI LAISSE PEU D'INITIATIVE AU PERSONNEL QUI SEMBLE CONTRAINT ET INQUIET SOUS DE BEAUX SOURIRES. CELA NOUS A PEINE POUR EUX.

We loved the location, on an island. There is free shuttle boat every 30 min, 24/24. Several restaurants to choose from, reasonable prices. 2 big pools.

Everybody was super nice and helping They allowed us to have a "very early" check in (4hours before allowed), and asked us to wait by the pool, it was easy to wait there ! Upgraded rooms with amazing views.... Hôtel is in renovation, so i guess the rooms will be even better, but ours was already good, perfect view on the natural reserve.... They helped us to orgenise our way to airport for a fly that was at 6 in the morning.. provided us take out breakfast... with juice and water.... It was quite, for Aswan, it's rare ! Service was perfect and, i am sorry because i forgot her name, the lady that handles the clients, Is really doing it with efficiency and care ! Seriously, what can we ask more ?

La vista desde la habitación, la ubicación del hotel en una isla tranquila y la amabilidad del personal

La calidad de los alimentos del buffet tanto en el desayuno como para la cena

El hotel está situado en una isla muy bonita y tiene un buen servicio de transporte en ferry hacia Aswan. El personal tiene en general una muy buena disposición para ayudar al viajero.

Las instalaciones conservan aspectos de los años ochentas que las hacen viejas e inconvenientes. Las puertas de los cuartos están diseñadas de forma que es casi imposible no machucarse al cerrarlas y el piso de la entrada del cuarto y del baño tiene un elemento en mármol con el que es imposible no tropezarse. Dos cosas absurdas en un hotel de este nivel.

Property was in a good location. Rooms were big, clean, serviced everyday and had great views. Food was decent but with limited choice from each of the restaurants. Breakfast was perfect with lot of choice. Prices were reasonable, much the same meals across all. Christeen from the guest relations was superb and went over and beyond to make our stay feel special. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Food choices across the restaurants could be a bit more varied, as the French restaurant seemed to serve Italian food. Much the same menu across them all.
