I chose Solaris because of its location (close to the beach and food stalls). I had a good deal because I was an early bird. They tried their best to keep room clean and made comfortable beds every day we stayed there.

The hotel has good bones but the management lacked maintenance. I had to request for a fridge because i was with my toddler and need it for his fresh milk. Thankfully I got one but there werent any working mini fridge available for my elderly parents' room and my Sister's room. I paid daily buffet breakfast for our whole stay, which was IDR 50.000 per person. It was mainly rice and instant noodles. As an Indonesian, I know Bali is rich in its cuisine and with local food produce abundantly available, you could get more variety with that, something wholesome and made wholeheartedly.

The room had cockroaches! Bathroom fixtures have seen better days.

Price great and pool great. Room was average however for the price we weren’t so concerned

The location of hotel was good, and the staffs are very friendly. Staffs went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and looked after our entire stay at the hotel.

Room got cleaned every day, however bed linens and pillows were stained and dirty. Did not get changed at all since day one of our visit till day 5. Breakfast was the same everyday. Did not like it.
