A male member of staff walked into my room at night without knocking or giving any notice. Being a lone female this terrified me. Not only did this terrify me, somehow the same male staff member somehow took my private details and started messaging me on WhatsApp, phoning me and continuously messaging me. Client details should be locked and not passed onto members of staff in any circumstances let alone this.

location, prices , facilities staff all good

cleaning of the room not enough should change the bed sheets eveyday and try to clean all corners in the room and under the bed

Convenient location near the airport! Lots of shopping/restaurants nearby

Not very clean overall, also had ants in the bathroom especially around the sink area which was gross and unfortunate. Breakfast was disappointing, not a lot of options and food that was suppose to be hot was cold.
