Aircon didn’t work Old property not safe for family with kids. People smoking every where, in lobby or while eating buffet.

First room booked, the air conditioner didn’t work it was warm air. We changed rooms, the smell (similar to urine) was overwhelming but we pushed through. It was 2 adults and 1 child in the booking however they REFUSED to provide a 3rd pillow and towel. Overnight, the air conditioner leaked and wet my clothing, the bed we are sleeping on, and huge puddles on the tiled floor. With only 2 towels for 3 people we have nothing to wipe the floor with. I went down the next morning to advise staff and they said we will change rooms but wait you’re Checking out today anyway. We were planning on booking for 1 more day before we fly out but the refusal of assistance by staff has forced us to change hotels. Breakfast is left out in the open with no lids for bugs to walk all over. I would not stay here again. It is now 11am and no one is assisting us with the leaking air conditioner.

Location

We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children and we were given a room with 2 single beds . When we obviously complained, they told us to take it up with booking.com , which at 10pm with 2 sleeping children, was not possible. They gave us an extra single mattress to put on the floor of an already cramped room and no extra pillow.
