The property is decent..rooms are nice and clean. Bathrooms too. My drain was blocked and they unblocked it, eventhough it was an unpleasant showroom experience. Linen was clean and the staff was helpful and attentive.

My room was small, and when I booked I was shown a larger room. I was largely stunned and hated the loud music that started every morning at 9:30am and went on till late at night. It's a residential area, so music that loud and also, so commercial totally changed the experience of the property and made me feel like i was in a cheap place.

The room was not cleaned, no water was put in new days. Pool was not clean

Room Service for food is delayed

The Hospitality was good. Staff were courteous. The rooms were neat

The rooms could have been bigger. The breakfast spread definitely needs to improve. The sambar was same for all 3 days.
