The amenities were decent and clean at least in the room.

The staff at front desk said they charge 500 per hour for early check in. The check in time on booking.com was 2-3 hours before the actual check in time. They don't bother to change it. Asked for cutlery to eat food that we had ordered. The guy at the reception said that we don't provide cutlery for outside food and was rude about it. Some staff were good, others were plain rude.

"Best 3 star hotel in proximity of North Goa."

Best location to reach all North Goa beaches from Arambol to Calungute. Hotel has a good parking facility to park our vehicles. Reception staff (Tina) very helpful in arranging taxis and guiding the locations.

Could have been more cleaner.

Great place... Exceptional warm staff, perfect location, great vibe. Best shower I have had in Asia in 6 months. Huge bathroom, huge bed, modern tasteful furnishings. What makes this however place is the staff. From the front desk, to the back bar, to the manager. They all have been so warm and welcoming. Nothing was a problem .. just perfect. They are also great with Kids. All the guests have been lovely as well.

Ive been coming to Goa for years.. and it's difficult to find something I didn't like here.. It's super casual and relaxed. I would be sorry to leave. I just keep extending.
