I recently stayed at Okean De Goa in Vagator, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, I found the rooms were not clean, which was disappointing and set a negative tone for the stay. The hygiene standards were far from acceptable, with dust and grime visible in several areas, making the overall atmosphere quite uncomfortable. The service was also below par, with delayed responses to requests and a lack of attention to basic guest needs. I expected a more pleasant and welcoming experience in Goa, but this hotel fell short on quality and cleanliness. If you're looking for a relaxing and clean environment, I would recommend considering other options.

As soon as the number of guests increases in the property, staff was attending them and the request of providing a simple glass to have water couldn’t be fulfilled in 3 days of time
