This is one of the worst stays I have had on my whole life. There is nothing good to tell about this hotel.

The staffs have no courtesy The rooms was completely run down Smoke of cigarette all over the room Bed spreads, pillows, duvets all worn out and not washed. Grey in colour. The towels were also in the same condition. No television, No internet, fan not working Even when you pay in advance the hotel is not ready for your arrival. Do not pay for this property in advance. The room was not clean. Had beer cans, used condoms and women hair all over. To add to all of this flies, bugs and cockroaches all over. Please do not book this one ! It’s a Scam! It does not look anything like one one shown in the pictures.

I didn’t like anything and I won’t stay in that hotel . I want refund my amount .

The hotel shown in the photos is not at all like that and is not safe at all if you are an individual women traveler. Staff is good but area is not good at all When I reached there and I saw that there is no TV in the room the area is not safe at all so I requested booking.com to cancel the room. Even if it is not refundable they have to help me but there was no response. I understand that there was no refund in this but people might be staying there, they might come with their families, I was alone there and only when I reach the hotel, I will know how the hotel is I have come for work to  Pune. I did not have enough time to sit there and decide on a hotel. Still, I took my luggage and went straight to my office for work. Drink bottles were lying outside, the area was in a very bad condition, I even took a video and sent it, but there was no help.
