Not a single thing No Lock at bathroom or main room No service provide by hotel TV available but not working

Condition of Room : 7/10- it was spacious with good lighting, flooring. But, unfortunately, there were concerns - poor cooling of ACs, Broken shower, no hangers in the closet almirah.

1. Hospitality : 2/10- Reception staff was dull at first; they did not have good communication skills; they were young boys(15-18)years, not trained well in hotel management and hospitality; property owner interference was very evident ,thereby reducing their independent working as professionals. 2. Location : 2/10 - the hotel is located at an odd location, faroff from the main road and while reaching it, one has to travel the kaccha road. It is an outskirt isolated location, thereby making it difficult to access nearby markets and places without a personal vehicle. 3. Room maintenance : 2/10 - In my two days of stay, no housekeeping staff came for cleaning and maintenance. Further, no toiletries except a towel and soap were provided. The bedsheet and pillow cover were not in a clean and fresh state, no room freshener were sprayed. 4. Canteen and Room Services: 2/10- absence of in house canteen; Initially I was promised that room service is present and a menu will be provided for the same but later the staff told me to order myself by calling some hotel directly. When I arrived, I was asked for a coffee by the staff for which I waited for more than 2 hours.Unfortunately, when I enquired, he denied it by giving some excuses. 5. Human resource : 2/10 - the staff was not proficient in providing basic services. Nobody bothered to be receptive at night, I was asked to wait till morning when asked for drinking water at night, there was an alcohol and nonveg party in the midnight but it seemed that staff was at hand in gloves with them. Interestingly, the owner has hired a staff of boys(15-18)yrs on a part time basis who have other priorities at this age ,so professionalism is missing.

There were no two rooms when we went there the bedsheets were not changed everything was dirty someone else's towel was lying on th cubbord and the telephone is not working, I asked to the reception for towel and soap at 7 am they said they will give and when we checked out at 8.15 we still didn't recieve, had to wake him up again for our checkout.

The hotel is most dirty. The were soiled and not washed, may be same for many previous guests. Tha bathrooms were stinky and fittings were leaking. No satff was available in morning hours (06:00 am to 9:30 am) to atteng the guest for any thing . We were with infant and a kid. We had very bad time. Because there was no Restaurant kids has to hungry as nobody was there fetch any food items, even water bottle. There were no good food joints nearby. Because of the previous experiancew and name "Booking .com" we booked. I shall request to remove from your list.
