Power failure from 5.00am, no hot water available for bath at 9.40 am , we are late for examination. so many cockroaches in the room, call to room service no one response very bad hotel. I am face first time problem in the hotel by paying money......Please do not book this Fab hotel.bad...Very bad....Very very bad

Location, facilities, false statements of breakfast over web site and false photos, no tv in the room, no water bottle provided, no soaps provided.

The hotel asked me to pay the full amount early in the morning (since i had requested for an early check in ; INR 500 for early check in). They did NOT enter my details, but asked me to pay the ful amount. When i entered the hotel room, it was DISGUSTING, DIRTY, SMELLY, and PATHETIC. The walls were stained, and the pillow cover and bedsheet were stained. The cupboards/almirah had bits and pieces of food that had ants over them. The towel that they gave were so so dirty. I decided to immediately vacate the hotel. But when i asked the owner to refund my amount (minus INR 500 for early check in), the owner simply switched off his phone. When he finally answered my call, he blamed it on booking.com. He asked me to take the money from www.booking.com. The most dirtiest hotel and hotel rooms I have ever seen. The owner is a fraud who loots people and then switches off his phone. VERY LOW LEVEL HOTEL....disgusting
