INAn excellent property where I have stayed twice before. (But now quality has deteriorated).
1. Water in bathrooms / taps has bad chemical smell, which is felt even during washing. 2. Staff courtesy became quite poor. 3. We had two single beds which were to be joined for us as requested during checking in. No body from house keeping turned up though we waited till late into night. 4. Pillows were bad. No spare pillow made available.

INININThey have only puri, paratha and bread omelet for breakfast, with choice of only one among three. Milk tea served very ordinary. No professionalism of desk or serving staff.
Rooms don't match their prices. One can get same facilities at Paharganj, New Delhi at 1/3rd price.

Room linens were not up to mark. Blankets were very poor quality, as well as not sufficient for winter days. Food quality is so so .
