Very friendly staff, clean rooms and perfect location

Everything was perfect - the location right in the heart of old city, the huge balcony overlooking the streets, the pretty room, clean bathroom, simple yet comforting breakfast with a view. Staff is very welcoming and helpful, we had a great 5days stay and would love to be back soon.

The hotel was same with the pictures. We really enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfortable. It is very close to the maiden tower. Very central area to see the oldtown. La Quzu and Kaynana restaurants are close and convenient.

Taxis might not enter the oldtown area. Breakfast is nice and delicious but might be improved in terms of its variety.

Great location & friendly service.

I like the location. Old city is beautiful and historical place. I do not have problems with transfer there. The hotel is close to 2 old city gates. Breakfast is good, there is no big choice, but food is fresh. Ladies who serve the breakfast are great story tellers and they are very welcoming.

Nonetheless I was shocked how I was informed about special rules of the hotel. I am solo traveller, and I have been travelling alone for years and it was the first time when guy from welcoming desk told me that I cannot bring someone with me to my room. He did not mention that it is hotel room, he told me it btw. Did he really think that I came there to make a holiday romance with someone? Also I have to mention that this guy stalkered me in my social media. His words were offensive and rude, his actions were not professional.

Good location, clean and spacious rooms, I enjoyed the balcony very much, great laundry service, I liked the robes and small touches provided.

Wifi was not great

Great location, friendly staff, clean, comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Great rooftop terrace, but inaccessible after breakfast which was really disappointing as we would have liked to have viewed the nighttime city from there. Would happily stay at Seven Rooms Boutique Hotel again.

Great location in the old town, beautiful hotel, tastefully decorated, friendly staff, comfortable bed, elevator, nice bathroom, great water pressure in the shower

The wi-fi in the room is very slow. We felt that the beautiful hotel was let down by the poor breakfast. Horrible industrial white bread (we were told that it was impossible to get brown bread but it's available everywhere). Poor selection of fruit and salads, very slow service (half an hour to get a cup of coffee on one of the days).
