Seven Rooms Boutique Hotel

I was in Baku for a short vacation with my mom and her convenience was of utmost importance to me. I honestly couldn't have picked up a better stay than this hotel. Perfect location in the heart of old town, close to Nizami street, breathtaking views from the terrace during breakfast time, beautiful rooms with huge bathrooms and the best and most helpful staff ever! Big shoutout to Ilkin and Ilya for helping me with early breakfast requests, booking taxis, airport shuttles and just being so warm and kind, always! I can't wait to stay again at this beautiful boutique property. highly highly recommend.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were impressed by the exceptional experience. The staff at the front desk were outstanding in their professionalism and warmth. The rooms were spotless, the beds were extremely comfortable, the heated bathroom floor added a touch of unexpected luxury. A special mention must be made of the staff member in the breakfast room. Her commitment to service was truly remarkable, as evidenced by her arriving 1.5 hours early to ensure we had a fresh breakfast on the day of our departure. This level of dedication was both extraordinary and heartwarming. In summary, this hotel combines comfortable, affordable accommodations with great service. The attentiveness and friendliness of the staff, from the front desk to the breakfast room greatly enhanced our overall experience. We highly recommend this hotel.

One of the best small hotels I ever stayed in during my many travels. Perfect location in the centre of the old town. Very friendly staff (Emil, Ilya, Shahin) at reception, present 24/7. Well sized room with plenty of storage space, with high ceiling, paquet flooring, tea and coffee making facilities. Good bathroom with marble floor and also plenty of storage space and a socket. Nice breakfast on 4th floor with a terrace, to be reached by a staircase from the 3rd floor (up to here is an elevator). Good coffee and eggs any style prepared by Natalya, who also cleans the rooms in an excellent way.

Perfect location, can walk to all the sights and old town. Reception staff all speak english, mainly spoke to Emile who was very helpful. Special thank you to Natalya for the freshly cooked omelettes each day.
