Seven Rooms Boutique Hotel

The Old Town location was great allowing us to easily connect with sights and restaurants. Staff were very helpful.

Had a torn sheet we mentioned the first night and it wasn’t changed after two more nights. Breakfast adequate but cook had such limited English she didn’t get the egg order right. No real place for large suitcases. No grab bars or safety mat in the shower. One chair to sit on.

1. Good location. Very central. 2. Receptionists were helpful particularly, the male staff with long blond hair (apologies we did not ask his name). He helped us finding a convenient parking for our rental car. 3. They were very kind in providing us with a breakfast box as we needed to leave for tours before 9am and could not wait for the breakfast time provided. 4. Good view and nice balcony 5. Tea, coffee and water in the room.

1. Difficult access for taxis/ubers. We were not informed beforehand that we had to pay 2 manat for the taxi to get inside the old town and so we had to walk 8min through cobble stone streets with our heavy luggage uphill. On the last day, we were ready to pay the 2 manat for the taxi to pick us up but the police had closed the entrances to all cars so, bear this in mind. 2. Not great for parking nearby. Really expensive and difficult to find a place. 3. Breakfast time is not great. It only starts at 9am and most tours in the city start at 8am. 4. One evening we got to our room and the cleaning lady had packed and moved our personal belongings around the room to clean. She went to the extend of moving clothes to different places and even pack my make up back in bags. I do appreciate cleaning the room but any hotel we stayed before always tries to clean around the guests objects and not touch them. We complained and they apologised. 5. Wifi rarely worked and is super slow. We had to rely on data the whole time.

The rooms are large and really clean. Decoration and amenities are new. The lady in the breakfast room is super kind. Location is good.

The rooms are not that sound-proof. Noises from the ladders and hall can be heard. The pillows are not that comfy.

We really like the room. It was clean. Photos are real. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was not so various but it was enough and delicious. Thank you!

Breakfast is very simple. But you do get freshly cooked eggs, and oatmeal porridge, and brewed coffee.

Room is clean . Location is very nice.
