"Exploring Louth"

Great location, lovely clean room, friendly staff, made us very welcome. Allowed us to check in early and had reserved us a parking space in their car park. Brilliant pub, thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Louth!

"Don't put yourself through it - stay somewhere else"

Towels. Tea making facilities.

Walking through smokers to get in. Large bucket full of cigarette ends. Felt intimidated. Access to room filthy and badly lit staircase. My coat sleeve stuck to handrail. Room wasn't one I booked. Was offered room id booked for night 3 of 4 nights as someone else given room. Carpet was filthy. Wallpaper hanging off wall. Mould on ceiling. Everywhere else full or I would have gladly forfeited payment. Not 4 star as your advert suggests. This place is a dump. Drunks singing karaoke until late, and noisy draymen deliveries at 7.15am.

The location was fab! Right in the middle of Louth.

One small thing. This wasn’t a problem for me as I’m quite small but the shower door opens into the shower. If you were a larger person you might not be able to get in and turn around to be able to shut the door.
