The hotel is in a great location and the staff were great, very friendly. The breakfast was very good.

The hotel whilst in good order and very clean is really in need of an upgrade, in particular the rooms which are so out of date and lacking in facilities given the price point they are selling at

"2 day break away"

was at willowbank hotel 17 till19. april what weekend on fri we had maxine. great singer. great entertainment. had everybody up on there feet. then on sat we had fab simon simms. well this guy gave everything. what singer he smashed it he has great voice and he had everyone on there feet and made our nite. best weekend i have had. also big thank u to paul & staff at willowbank for looking after all us. food great. hotel spotless this hotel shud be 5☆☆☆☆☆

Food and drink excellent. Staff and hosts were great. Location good as it allowed us to walk into Largs to visit shops.

Hotel was clean but decoration throughout was a bit tired. Did not spoil our stay

Totally dated, basins out to catch the drips of water in the bar, couldn't get in the front door, it was a dodgy lock, had to get the owner over from next door ...

Staff were very attentive, nothing was a bother for them. Breakfast menu was small but it had something for everyone. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Hotel was a bit dated but otherwise very clean
