"Would stay here again."

Great location. Only 20 mins walk into centre of Largs. Very clean and spacious room. Lovely breakfast. Plenty of parking.

Wallpaper & carpets needs updating.

some staff nice others not helpful

price of rooms for outdated furniture and no seaview regardless being on groundfloor 100 pound expensive no teas or water in rooms meals dear and bottled water, add on breakfast 130 so breakfast extra 30 i was starving and thirsty leaving hotel could of done something once u pay they dont care. wont stay again 200 for 2 nights and sundries drinks had cake and 1 meal 16.95 no smaller meals offered this is coach party hotel they get looked after. i was disapointed with room and prices

everything, cosy comfy staff friendly food lovely from the menu booked extra night.

i would say maybe a possibility that 100 pound a night include somewhat of a light breakfast.
