Incredible and magical place with scenic views and very thoughtful staff.

Could have more healthy food options - especially for little ones. Quality of coffee was mediocre at best.

The staff's treatment was very bad, the furniture was old, I entered the room and there were no towels, I stayed in the room and they forced me to change it and pay 50 pounds extra if I wanted to stay in it, and their excuse for our mistake was that this is not a Booking company room because Booking rooms are of a lower standard

The actual zoo was fantastic, brilliant use of the buggies and the animals and staff were fantastic.

The room was a shambolick excuse of a suite, incredibly hot room with no air conditioning. The fan provided didn't work, and another small fan was found but it didn't help. We couldn't open the curtains to let air into the room, as outside In the courtyard there were large floodlights pointing directly at the room, illuminating it like a football pitch. There was no fridge in the room, the hot water tap on the sink didn't work at all, and the water pressure on the cold tap was so low you couldn't even wash your hands. It was very strange to see an old style bathroom with a cheap electric shower on the wall and a cheap showerhead also. Very very disappointed.
