היה ביום הראשון בעיה במים החמים לאחר מכן טיפלו בבעיה אבל לא קיבלנו פיצוי

Necessita di una manutenzione straordinaria e un rinnovamento serio. Diversamente non merita 5 stelle

את המיקום ואת רצועת החוף. ארוחת בוקר הייתה מצוינת

אין מים חמים במקלחות וממש מבאס אחרי טיסה וגם כשפנינו בקבלה לא כל כך היה מענה בנושא. רק ביום של הטיסה חזרה בבוקר היה פתאום מים חמים. מבחינת ניקיון היה סביר לא ברמת המבריק.

Il posto ha un potenziale pazzesco, si trova in una baia bellissima. Avrebbe bisogno di più cura sia del Cliente e sia degli spazi. La Posizione ottima, il personale gentilissimo, ringrazio fay e il direttore, mi hanno accordato un late check-out e un ospite in spiaggia gratuito ma purtroppo la mia esperienza non è stata 5 stelle.

Mi hanno dato una stanza vecchia che odorava di muffa che non corrispondeva alle foto della stanza nuova scelta su Booking. Ho chiesto cambio stanza mi hanno detto che potevo effettuare solo un upgrade ovviamente a pagamento. Alla luce della non corrispondenza delle foto pubblicate e della stanza che mi hanno assegnato, sarebbe stato gradito upgrade gratuito ma non fa niente. In palestra ci sono ragnatele, a colazione mi hanno dato una macedonia di frutta acida e l’ acqua nella doccia esce spesso tiepida. Spero che questa mia recensione sia da stimolo per migliorare, grazie comunque di tutto

Dimitris e Fei foram muito gentis e a hotelaria, treinamento dos funcionários é um diferencial. O hotel é muito confortável e tem um ótimo custo/benficio.

Estacionamento pequeno e apertado, bem na curva. Para sair precisávamos aguardar outros carros saírem antes.

Todo me gustó, pero siento que el servicio en el desayuno puede mejorar

The pool and private beach were nice. We did not need the pool outside our room at all. Our room was very odd because the main bedroom was the entire living area. The neighboring property needed to be cleaned up if you are putting chairs and couches there.

The cleanliness next to the property at the shoreline. Our toilet seats around the hinges were definitely not clean. At the price we paid that should be immaculate. Our hostess never told us where the breakfast restaurant location was. Our fridge was never restocked as Faye said it would be. We paid for it but never received it. We brought a can of chips to the pool and they told us we could not eat the potato chips in the pool area, we had our daughter with us. I fell Off one of your floating stairs and nobody asked me if I was ok. The entire stair came off the steel shelf it was on and fell into the pool. I told your nice manager who was walking around but he did not seem to care that I now have a really stiff neck from not hurting myself trying to stay up. Odd. Our waitress was the nicest person at your entire hotel. Everyone was nice but She was outstanding.
